Begum Parveen

Mangti (1961) is a Pakistani Punjabi drama film directed by Ashraf Khan and released on May 26, 1961. The film stars Bahar Begum, Aslam Pervaiz, and Sultan Rahi, featuring music by Saif Chughtai

Set in the aftermath of the 1947 Partition, it follows a young woman whose life is disrupted as she migrates to a new country, while longing for her lover Saeed and struggling with separation and emotional distress.
