The year is 1965. Natasa Arseni visits Dachau, the place where she was found by the Americans at the end of the World War II. She returns to Greece, and during the train ride she recalls those past events. Before the beginning of the Greek-Italian war, she met Orestis . With the German invasion, Orestis, who was an officer in the Greek army, left for the Middle East. She followed him and accompanied him back to occupied Greece on a mission. She was arrested, interrogated and tortured and was finally sentenced to execution.

In a second division team, "Pyraulos," a conscientious soccer player, Manolis Yvanis, idolizes the Greek-French player Yv Triantafyllos, since his father is Cretan and his mother is French. His dream is to become great and famous. Thanks to his stubbornness and high performance, he manages to eliminate a big team in the Greek Cup with his team. His next opponents, fearing this player, send a femme fatale to distract him. When the parties exhaust him and his team loses the match because of him, the footballer restores his name and proves his worth with the help of his fiancée, who happens to be his coach's daughter...

A civil servant who lives a boring life with his wife and his mother in law, and a woman who has been trying for years to get its land in the city plan!

In a neighborhood of Athens lives a slightly eccentric kiosk owner, Manolios, who is searching for the man responsible for his father's death. His clientele consists mainly of the residents of the neighboring apartment building. It is a microcosm with its own problems and gossip: the grumpy owner of the apartment building, his son, the scatterbrained concierge, a young student, and a few others. Inevitably, minor conflicts arise among them and various emotions develop, such as Manolis' love for the student, who, however, clearly desires the son of the apartment building's owner.

Loukas has been living in Africa for many many years, working hard to send money to his family who has stayed in Greece. When the time has come to return home, he decides to surprise his family and arrives to Greece without telling them that he's coming. Loukas is anxious to see his wife and his grown-up children after so long, but they may not share the same feeling.
