Alex, a non-binary person, becomes pregnant and seeks an abortion with support from their aunt Salome, a traditional doctor.

Daniel, a recent university graduate with Down's Syndrome falls in love on his first day at work in the Department of Social Services. Laura is an outsider who spends her nights in the city's crowded clubs and singles' bars, escaping her problems in the arms of total strangers. Yet despite their apparent incompatibility, the two strike up a moving, bittersweet friendship that touches them both and eventually sets them on the road to happiness.

One night, at a Miami nightclub she is caught in the middle of a gunfight and is blamed for a murder she didn't commit. When running from the police, she changes her name and identity until she is able to prove her innocence without getting killed in the process.

Begoña, Pelayo and María are saying a last goodbye to their mother. Confusion arises when they discover she wanted to be buried in a very special outfit.
