Rufa Mae Quinto (born Rufa Mae Ocampo Quinto on 28 May 1978) is a Filipina actress. She is best known for her roles in the films Booba (2001), Super-B (2002), Masikip Sa Dibdib: The Boobita Rose Story (2004), Desperadas (2007), Apat Dapat, Dapat Apat (2007), Pasukob (2007), and Temptation Island (2011), among others.

Dyesebel is a popular mermaid character created by renowned graphic novelist Mars Ravelo. The story has been adapted into five films and a spin-off, throughout the timeline of 1953 to 1996. Edna Luna, Vilma Santos, Alma Moreno, Alice Dixson, and Charlene Gonzales had all played the lead role in the big screen, and all of them reached greater heights after playing the role. Ara Mina played a cameo role in this character in the television series Darna.
