As Laura makes up her mind about a controversial job offer, Giuliano’s co-workers turn their flat into a makeshift office, rekindling their efficiency and organisation. Amid intrusive co-workers and domestic chaos, Giuliano will have to find creative solutions to save his job, his family and the dream of a new home.

Nichetti has to break into the film to try to sort everything out.
