And as if a hangover weren't punishment enough, the gentlemen also have to deal with the obnoxious and capable owner of the neighboring hotel, whom they somehow accidentally declared war on.

Ten years later, the people of Kamenákov are still stirring up trouble, including Pepa, who is now mayor and trying to establish a police force.
