Suzanne is a young, blind teacher. Within a small community of the visually impaired, she assiduously follows a course in art history devoted to the erotology of Satan and to witches. Transformed, Suzanne tries to steal a man's eyes in order to get her sight back. The failure of her first attempt leads her to more easily approachable and impressionable prey, her personal reader, Pierre, who is madly in love with her.

The first half of this film portrays the experiences of a young northern mainland Chinese woman (Fan) temporarily working as a sex worker in Hong Kong. After her 3-month visa expires, the second half of the film focuses on Yan's return to her family and her ex-fiancé in Northeast China and the ways that she invests the money that she has earned.

Poucet is a kid from a family of numerous children. The parents, too poor to feed them, decide to abandon them in the forest. Their, the brothers try to find their way out making fantastic encounters. This film is based on the French fairy tale "Le petit poucet" by Charles Perrault.
