When she was five, Liza Volkova found her father, pistol in hands, standing next to her mother's dead body. That very day the father took the girl to the orphanage and left there. For 13 years the girl was planning her revenge, being bullied by peers. Having left the orphanage, Liza finds the shooting club, with the aim to hunt down and kill her father. After living in the city, Andrei Khodas returns to the land and settles on a farm. However, the rapidly growing city catches up with him here. A couple of young and energetic businessmen intend to buy a picturesque area for new construction and are trying to evict its few inhabitants.
