In Memphis, a middle-class white teenager and a black Vietnamese immigrant meet in a gay cruising spot and discover what they don't have in common.

In this light-hearted dark comedy, a man discovers an unconventional family when he is invited to a support group for the legally dead. When Vincent is caught digging up his own grave, two security guards are surprised to learn he has been declared dead. Soon he is invited to a "Living Dead Support Group" where the existing members share the funny stories of how they wound up legally dead, and ask Vincent to join them.

A failed filmmaker returns to Memphis with the hope of jump starting his career but is thwarted by the insanity of the film crew, the selfish conniving of his racist new boss, and the psychotic war between two gangs of historically inaccurate presidential impersonators while trying to maintain his commitment to his family. Featuring Eric Tate (Craig Brewer’s The Poor and Hungry), Ron Gephart ( Ira Sachs’ The Delta), and narrated by Michael Horse (Twin Peaks).

Based on the poetry of Noah C. Lekas, 'WE GOT A PROBLEM WITH GROUNDWATER' is a surreal animated tale through the history and mindset of the horrifying working conditions of the American Midwest, as one man begins to realize his fate may very well lie in the notebooks his factory produces on a mindless day-to-day basis.
