It is a story of the dark underworld. Bullet (Shakib Khan) after committing three murders flee from Khulna to Dhaka. He continued his career as a criminal under the wing of another criminal named Shanto (Manna). Shanto became fond of Bullet and treated him as his own brother. Together they became the city terror.

Left for dead by the gangsters who murdered his daughter, Dr. Johan Buchi (Sidak) is injected with a special serum that not only saves his life but renders him superhuman.
