In the summer of 1979, gay porn producer Anne sets out to film her most ambitious film yet, but her actors are picked off, one by one, by a mysterious killer.

A young man, Jahid, runs away in the night from a dangerous biker and takes refuge in a strangely quiet museum. There he meets unusual characters and faces extraordinary events. Throughout this initiatory journey, Jahid confronts the improbable and goes through the exploration of beauty, political awareness as well as the surrounding danger.

When two of his countrymen - arms dealers - are kidnapped, a German police investigator is sent to Algiers in search of them. Beginning a steamy affair with an Algerian prosecutor investigating the case for her country probably wasn't the best idea, but as the pair go deeper, they uncover a corruption scandal testing their loyalty to their nations and to each other.
