In the film the traveller’s role is taken by members of American hardcore hip hop group ONYX, whose music played in the background of Vilnius street wars just a few years after the collapse of the Soviet Union, and whose emblem, tagged any time between then and now, marks many walls in Vilnius to this day.

Ship is an overnight cruise on the occasion of a birthday celebration of Algirdas Stravinskas, the star of Lithuanian choreography in the former Soviet Union, culminating in a dance performance by a young contemporary dance troupe. On the cruise, the universal urge for beauty and creativity unites those who have already become history and those who are yet to make it.

"Nevermore" can be viewed as a gothic tale set in present-day Baltimore. By tracing the legend of Edgar Allan Poe, a famous American writer who lived in Baltimore between 1833 and 1835, the film explores Poe’s ghostly oeuvre in the popular imagination. It also depicts different communities and protagonists that are connected through Poe’s legacy, as well as the social divisions between them.
