One day an idol is bitten by a zombie and before she is taken into custody, she runs away. She only has 72 hours left until she becomes one, so she tries to find the zombie serum, but high school girl zombie hunter and zombies attack her. Will she make it to the destination within the time limit?

Fifty years ago, mysterious creatures known as the "Huge" suddenly appeared all over the world, posing an existential threat to humanity. To defend against these menaces, soldiers in the form of teenage girls known as "Lilies" use the energy of magie within their bodies to power weapons called "Counter Huge ARMS", or CHARMs. After being saved by a Lily two years ago while evacuating from a Huge attack, Hitotsuyanagi Riri vowed to become a Lily herself. She enrolls in the prestigious academy of Yurigaoka, a training ground for Lilies, in order to be reunited with Shirai Yuyu — the Lily who rescued her. Much to her confusion, however, the person she thought to be cheerful turns out to be quite antisocial and prefers to fight alone. Even so, Riri still wants to get close to Yuyu and is willing to do anything she can to reach that goal.

In the Kansai region, there are two schools located in the Hyogo and Osaka prefectures. One, Takizakura Girls' Academy in Osaka, was successfully branded through the success of the entertainment course selection idol club, while the other, Tsubakisakuhana Girls' High School in Hyogo, is an old-fashioned preparatory school. When two girls, who are daughters of the presidents of these two opposing schools, meet through idol activities, a big change is born in the small world that surrounds them. Searching for something more important than an already important promise... "The story of a School Idol Project that everyone makes come true" begins upon a brand-new stage. School Idols, let's start now!!

On Earth in the near future, humanity faced imminent destruction from mysterious giant creatures known as "Huge." The entire world unites against the Huge, and successfully develops weaponry known as "CHARM" (Counter Huge Arms) by combining science and magic. CHARM exhibits high rates of synchronization with teenaged girls, and the girls who use CHARM are viewed as heroes called "Lilies." Throughout the world, "Garden" military academies are established to train Lilies to face the Huge and to serve as bases to protect and guide people. Riri Hitotsuyanagi managed to pass the exam to enter the prestigious Garden known as Yurigaoka Girls' School. She entered in an attempt to find Yuyu Shirai, a girl who rescued her in her past. This is a story about Riri and other girls who aim to become Lilies at one such Garden.
