The scientist examines the positive and negative consequences of the chemical solution. With its help, a certain part of a person's memory can be erased and used in negative activities. Shoemaker Gadir is known among the people for his stubbornness. His friend's son, businessman Amrulla, convinces all the shops in the area except Gadir's shoe shop to sell. Realizing that he will not be able to convince Tars Gadir, he plays a trick on him. One day, he offers him a job and gives him money as an advance. Gadir, who wants to send his daughter to a festival in Baku and needs money, has to accept Amrulla's offer and pawns his shop. As a result, the job is not done and Gadir loses his shop.

Although it is not mentioned in the movie, the new generation of people living in this city, which is named as Sumgayit, especially near poisonous plants, are born crippled and sick. The center of the psychological drama is the Crazy Samad. However, despite his name being Crazy Samad, he is more honest and intelligent than some people. Since the film is based on a combination of three stories, it tells the story of the misfortunes of three different families: Samad, who is tortured by his brother, Karbalai Eyvaz, who beats his wife because of her stubbornness, and Zuleykha, who is beaten by her husband because of her harsh language. We look at all these events through the eyes of Crazy Samad.

A girl named Lala, who witnessed the treacherous murder of her father as a child, decides to become a lawyer and take revenge. Lala falls in love with the man she thinks is her father's killer. Later, it turns out that the killer is not that man.
