A young Kamen Rider fan is granted his wish of seeing Riders in person, initiating the ultimate Japanese superhero crossover meta film. The third and final installment of the Heisei Generations series finds Kamen Rider Zi-O and Kamen Rider Build joining forces with all of the other Heisei Generation Riders to reverse the damages of an evil Time Jacker named Tid, and save their legacy. High school student Yoshiro Kobayashi (Mahiro Takasugi) is the great-grandchild of the first president of the Boy Detectives Club. He enjoys time with his friends Watari (Gaku Sano) and Saya (Mayu Hotta). One day, the Fiend with Twenty Faces appears in front of Yoshiro. Mysterious cases then takes place in sequence.

12 years ago, the Daybreak Town Accident changed the world and brought forth a new prosperity towards artificial intelligence. But what if that were to all change? Sougo Tokiwa gave up his conquest for power after he chose to reset the world and live a mundane life. However as a Time Jacker began to alter history once again, Sougo is forced to take up the mantle as Kamen Rider Zi-O once again, as he meets Aruto Hiden, the native Rider of the world he has to save. This is the story of two Kamen Riders from two different worlds, whose fight together will ultimately determine the fate of all reality.

Ishimori Uka is very shy and has a hard time making friends. When she was a middle school student, students made fun of her by calling her "stone". Around that time, she met Miura Kai with lemon color hair. Because of him, she entered the same high school. Uka now wants to overcome her shyness and have friends. Kai is a popular student at the school, but he doesn't talk much or seem interested in others. He doesn't know why, but he becomes concerned with Uka. Uka has admired Kai, and she now has feelings for him. Kai has a secret, which no one knows.

It's September 2018, and a group of high school students are more than ever excited to pursue their dreams. Sougo Tokiwa wants to become a desirable king, and Keito "Geiz" Myokoin works tirelessly to become the true judo champion while trying to impress his crush, Alpina Tsukuyomi. However, one day Geiz suffers a career-ending injury during a judo match in a judo tournament, forcing him to give up his dream of become a judo champion. While still grieving, he was met by a mysterious man, who wanted to give Geiz a Ridewatch and a Driver. "My name is Woz, I came here to guide you to become a savior. If not, Sougo Tokiwa will become the worst and evillest demon king." Meanwhile, a new transfer student leads him to nothing but one grand conspiracy.

Hanpeita Takeichi, a samurai, finds that he has travelled through time to modern-day Japan. He's taken in by an old man who runs a cram school, and begins to work as a teacher there.

Kamen Rider Zi-O: Special Event is stage show of Kamen Rider Zi-O. The stage show was performed live on May 4-5, 2019, and was released on DVD on September 11, 2019.

In the Hyper Battle DVD, we will discover that Geiz is afraid of ghosts. This gained him a new form, the Bibill Ride Watch to transform into Kamen Rider Bibill Geiz (Wimp Geiz).
