A journalist descends into the dark underbelly of the Iranian holy city of Mashhad as she investigates the serial killings of sex workers by the so called "Spider Killer", who believes he is cleansing the streets of sinners.

Calais, refugee camp. Nadim, an afghan boy, is living in the camp with his family and helping his father at the shop held in the center of the jungle. But Nadim has a secret : he is a bacha posh (girl raised as a boy in Afghan culture). Nadim dreams to flee and fight for her freedom.

Sylvie lives with her two children whom she’s raising on her own. One evening, there’s an accident, and her youngest son is removed from her care. Sylvie must subsequently fight to get her son back and to keep herself afloat.

Two villages in the south of France have always been bitter rivals, but when a group of asylum seekers arrive in the community, the life of both villages is shaken up and age-old disagreements escalate. Their antagonism reaches its peak with the annual rugby derby played between the two village teams, but this time, with the new outsiders joining as unexpected recruits, the result of the 100th match will be more unpredictable than ever.

A journalist’s six-minute interview with 25 years old former Nigerian sex worker Marta, is conveyed to the audience without any interruption. The suffering that Marta left behind and the wounds present in her soul are being reopened for the young woman during the interview. This life story that fits in six minutes drags the audience into the traces of the young woman’s past life.
