The film tells the story of Rustam and Nargiz, a family with two young children who are going through difficult times. For more than six months, the family has been facing serious financial problems. In order to escape this difficult situation, Rustam is forced to work as a day laborer. One day, a client comes to the labor market and offers him a job for a “good” amount of money. The main events begin after this. This job changes the lives of both Rustam and his friend Babek.

The film is about the inner suffering and conflictions of Yavar, father of a soldier, who can't give the news of his son's death in the war to his heart-sick wife.

The wedding day planned by Lala's father is fast approaching. Emil realizes that time is against him and he must act urgently. The main hero uniting these people, relations and different moments of life is the city of Baku.
