Two men from neighbouring villages – the Armenian Artavaz and the Azerbaijani Gadir – find themselves in the chaos of the conflict between their two countries. Brought together by a play of fate, they flee an incomprehensible war.

Finally, an earthquake saves Jafar from these weddings. The film criticizes our unnecessary customs and traditions at weddings and funerals. Also, while watching the film, the proverb "Extend your leg according to your blanket" comes to mind.

There are issues of spirituality, morality, love and loyalty in the center of the dramatic story that took place in one of the villages around Baku.

The postman delivers a package with a dragon's head to Kazim who watches Alfred Hitchcock's films, to Zahra who reads fortunes with a computer, to Gariba who makes toys, to director Jahangir, to police chief Seifullah, and calls each of them to come to the address mentioned in the letter with the dragon's head. Those who arrive at the address called along with the dragon's head realize that the "postman", is actually their relative, who has gathered together guests who have not seen each other for a long time.

Moshu’s family and their neighbours go to a seaside motel to spend their summer vacation. Things get awkward after Sara loses her engagement ring.

After World War II, a group of young “robbers” redistributes the wealth of the rich to the poor while protecting the honor of women, especially the wives and sisters of soldiers at the front. Though branded outlaws by the law, their criminal yet benevolent deeds win the tacit approval of the local community.

The film raises the problem of man's relationship to nature, the symbol of which is an old oak tree, protected by a forester from selfish people.

Gafar wants to celebrate the anniversary of the death of Feyzulla, a man who has been dead for a year, and tries to bring the relatives together again...

The events and conversations that took place in Uncle Hasan's canteen at the beginning of the last century bring to life the color of the era. Uncle Hasan and his waiter, Zarbali, become victims of the tricks of the "hungry guys" who come here. The guys, who enter the canteen hungry, trick him into not paying for the food after eating.

Nepotistic Gafar again takes action and investigates and learns that another relative, a man named Feyzulla, lives in the United States. Feyzulla writes a reply letter to Gafar, informing him that he will soon come to Baku. Gafar again gathers his old relatives together and opens the matter. At the same time, things get a little complicated when containers belonging to an American named Mr. Feyz arrive in Baku. Maybe Mr. Feyz is Feyzulla himself?...

In the film-performance, actress Nasiba Zeynalova once again encounters the characters she has created over many years.
