The film tells about the Russian North - the territory of unique wooden architecture and one of the few places in the country where a Russian person can realize the origins of his culture and spiritual development. It was here that people were found who were ready to revive the traditional rural way of life in spite of globalization and the state policy of urbanization.

The concept of the project is to show what a Kino performance can be like in the 21st century, with good modern sound and stage production. Most of the material will be performed as close to the original as possible, but there will also be improvisations and new interpretations. The basis of the program is the real voice of Viktor Tsoi, digitized from the original multi-channel recordings of Kino. The group includes two original bass players of the group from different years, Alexander Titov and Igor Tikhomirov, and the permanent guitarist Yuri Kasparyan.

The B-2 World Tour “Event Horizon” started in the fall of 2017 after the release of the record of the same name. For two years, the band played about 100 concerts in Russia, Belarus, the Baltic States, Europe and Israel. The Moscow concert presentation of the album was named the show of the year at the Chartova Dozen 2018 award ceremony, and the second metropolitan show Horizon of Events was the record holder in terms of the number of spectators, gathering 30,000 fans. In this film, the participants of the "Bi-2" and the organizers of the show will talk about how the "Horizon of Events" was created in the studio and on the stage - they will talk about the album, and the tour in support of it, and about the great Moscow concerts. The film also includes fragments of group performances in different cities and videos for songs from the album.

After her father’s death, the daughter of one of the forefathers of modern Russian democracy, Ksenia Sobchak, tries to understand the 18 years of his political fate. Together with the director Vera Krichevskaya she gives the word to Anatoli Sobchak’s colleagues and opponents, gets acquainted with the criminal case which annulled his career, and tries to find an answer to the question what Anatoly Sobchak’s fate would be in today’s Russia.
