This leads to a year-long hunt for what is hidden in the secret archives. Shocking stories from the few surviving women and witnesses reveal an unknown chapter in Norwegian post-war history.

Nahid (12) is an asylum seeker in Norway. She has a dream she wants to realize, which turns out to be difficult for her: She wants to learn how to ride a bike. Her parents won’t allow it, fearing for her reputation if they’re deported. Girls who ride bikes are frowned upon in Afghanistan. But Nahid is a fighter, and she won’t let anyone get in the way of her dreams.

High school student Benjamin notices that the lights in the bathroom flickers, and it suddenly goes dark. He climbs up to check the light and falls. When he later wakes up, the school is dark and empty. Soon he discovers that he's not alone.

Kent only has his buddy Thomas, but that doesn't mean he is a good friend for that reason. But today something happens that will change their relationship forever.

Nowhere is a meditative journey through nature's calming landscape and man's chaotic reality in search of epic beauty and harsh truth. The film is based on Rogaland's cultural and industrial landscape, but as the title Nowhere suggests, the images are not tied to a specific place. The film sheds light on the contrast between man and nature, and on man's urge to shape his surroundings.
