The new comedy series Sowalef Tafash reflects through its thirty episodes the daily life and neighborhood interactions in the Gulf during the period between the forties and fifties, of the last century.

A comedy that follows Torbal and his brother Ghorbal in their travel to Cairo to treat their sick mother!! But because the therapy costs are high, they are forced to use unfamiliar means and hire a wizard to help. The Comedy begins when these two brothers decide to learn Wizardry themselves...

The series revolves around (Bin Zeidan), an evil man who controls the village where he lives in the midst of great injustice to its people, who realize that they will not get rid of this injustice, unless they encounter (Ibn Zeidan), so they kill and chase his followers, and expel him from the village.

In the form of a comic full of adventures, the pirates kidnap Tafash's aunt after their attack on his house and take her away to their ship, and from here Tafash, with the help of Jusum, tries to pursue the pirates and rid her from their hands.

The events of the play deal with many stories and social issues related to Kuwaiti society, the changes occurring within it, and individuals’ interactions with them.

Swalef Tafash is a Bahraini comedy series set in a Gulf village during the 1940s and 1950s. The show follows the lighthearted and often absurd adventures of Tafash, a kind-hearted but naive man who constantly finds himself caught in humorous and unpredictable situations. Alongside his loyal and equally quirky friend Jassoum, Tafash navigates daily village life, interacting with a colorful cast of characters who reflect the customs, traditions, and social dynamics of the era.
