After losing his job and wife, and spending time in an institution, a former teacher winds up living with his parents. He wants to rebuild his life and reconcile with his wife, but his father would be happy if he shared his obsession with the Philadelphia Eagles. Things get complicated when he meets Tiffany Maxwell who offers to help him reconnect with his wife if he will do something very important for her in exchange.

A group of young immigrants from Soviet Union live in a provincial Israeli town. In their new homeland the only person who follows them closely is the local policeman, family ties are wearing out day by day, and they do everything to mess their lives up, transforming their anxiety to get a new social standing in violence and robbery. Will they be able to build a soccer team and win the local championship? Will sport help them to recover self-esteem and prove to everyone that they are not doomed to live as criminals?

Reality Fatigue tells the story of Adam, a young man returning to his childhood home. In his dusty, neglected room, his mother smokes and longingly looks at pictures of him as a child. But when he enters, the world changes. The room is clean, his mom is holding a pen instead of a cigarette, and he has become a child, identical to the picture she was just looking at. They hug and all seems well, but Adam and his mom can’t keep reality at bay forever…

The story follows these drivers as they take part in a support workshop intended to help them cope with guilt, remorse, and the psychological aftermath of the accidents. Through these intense and often painful meetings, the film explores themes of responsibility, grief, forgiveness, and the struggle to rebuild a meaningful life despite tragic consequences.
