Pavlova, Tristan, Henry and the boy Mikko find a city built by a mysterious ancient civilization at the bottom of the ocean. The discovery of the wonders of the underwater city and meeting with an embrasure terrorist make up the plot of the film.

The cartoon consists of three plots, "The Alchemist," "Our House," and "The Money Changers." In the first cartoon, a two-year-old schoolboy, resorting to chemistry, which he also does not know, tries to get the two out of the diary. The second cartoon tells about an apartment building that is only 10 years old, but looks like 100. And as a little girl, by her example, she forced the boys to look at their native home with completely different eyes. And the main thing is that now they will not paint the walls, but will love their home. The third cartoon is about a money changer boy who changes everything: glasses for old stamps, and stamps for an elephant in a zoo, a dog for a cat, and a cat for a mouse, and he changed the mouse for a bruise and a bump… And only I couldn't change the two to the five.

A clown adopts a talking stray cat who is also a shapeshifter. The cat assists the clown on stage, where he loves the public's ovations.

A working man went to the forest garden to plant a turnip, where he met a very lazy and, as it later turned out, foolish bear. The man managed to outwit the beast twice without giving him a single gram of the crop.

The cartoon consists of three mini-cartoons: "Not divided," about two schoolchildren who shared a book so much that they tore it up. "The Power of the Word", about a schoolboy who taught something, but mixed everything into such a "mess". "It's cold, it's cold, it's cold," about a boy who hid his diary, and his parents searched everywhere for him.
