At a certain park, there is a mysterious man, who has red eyes and a black suit, that people can go to and request him to kill someone. The Hyodo-gumi boss—part of Tendokai, Japan’s largest yakuza syndicate—has been brutally murdered. Kazuma Washio (Hitoshi Ozawa), the head of the Washio-gumi and Tendokai’s wakagashira (underboss), is convinced that Yoshinari Myojin (Sho Aikawa), a former Tendokai wakagashira-hosa now running Tokyo’s underworld of thugs and mafia, is behind the killing. Around the same time, Tendokai's 5th-generation chairman Katsushige (Hakuryu) orders Washio to secure a woman named Nagi Toyama (Akane Hotta). Washio sets out with his men, Okita (Yasukaze Motomiya) and Date (Hideo Nakano), but they’re ambushed by a group of heavily armed youths. Barely escaping, they manage to bring Nagi to their hideout—only to discover she’s a key player in a power struggle over the Tokyo Casino Project. Sachiko lost her parents at an early age and lived together with her only sister Nobuko who worked for a newspaper. While hunting for a new special feature to attract more buyers, the timid advertising employee finds himself falling into the maw of madness after he discovers the original cut of Bem's final episode. At the same time, a tragedy has left a local high school reeling in the aftermath. What's the connection between these harrowing events? A mysterious girl by the name of Bela.

At the helm is Matsumoto Hana whose A Midsummer Dream was screened at the Yubari International Fantastic Film Festival 2015. One day, shy Hashiguchi Kai (Hayama Shono) is dumped by his girlfriend Saya (Hotta Akane). Meanwhile at work, he gets into an additional bind when he is ordered to transfer to a subsidiary. That subsidiary is a strange company which deals in romance consulting.
