Italy, 2035. Mansfield, Stendhal and Buzzati are friends and partisans fighting against the regime. Engaged in relays of coded messages hidden in ciphered books, they are forced into a race against time: the fascists are about to take the town of Ovada.

Nunzia’s son is in jail. With her sister-in-law, the woman makes sure that he has everything he needs. The two women never miss the weekly visit with detainees, every Monday morning. Gaetano, Nunzia’s husband, cannot tolerate having a son in jail. When their son starts to cooperate with the justice department, his father will pay the tragic consequences for his choice.

Three girls that live in the same apartment struggle with boys' relationships. They swear to not deal with boys for some time but a mysterious boy goes to live next to their house. Curiosity will make its way.
