This documentary was a product of the Young Filmmaker Bicentennial Grant given by the US Information Agency.

Docudrama that shows life and country games in Uruguay at the beginning of the last century, through the adventures of a child. With country and gaucho themes, it was co-produced by the National Directorate of Public Relations (DINARP). The film is based on texts by Serafín García.
