Naiq Khan's agents have thrown a man named Abbas Ali (Sami Shihani), who did not pay back his rented home. Amir (Reza Beik Imanardi), son of the vice, takes Abbasali. Abbasali was arrested as a result of Naiyib Khan's complaint, and his daughter (Fariba Forouhar), who is ill, suffered a heart attack.

Mehri and Keyvan spend their holidays in Bandar with their parents. Mehri falls in love with a young man named Hemet, and Keyvan falls in love with Hemet's sister (Zinet). Despite their parents' approval, the two couples decide to get married. Zeinet and Keyvan get married, and Hemet goes to Tehran to buy a wedding dress. But he loses his money and, since he has no intention of returning, he stays in Tehran. Zeinet is unloved by her family, and when she gives birth to her child (the child is black), Keyvan drives her away on the pretext of infidelity. The family doctor shelters Zeinet, and Mehri commits suicide in order to blame her parents, but a series of incidents and actions taken by the doctor resolve the problem and the two couples live a peaceful life.

Hussein Azhdan lives by his family in peace, until he meets Shabnam, and a romance is emerged between the two. A wicked man, Jalal, is against their love. Jalal creates many obstacles on their way; for instance, he wrongly accuses Hussein Azhdan of bribery. Hussein Azhdan, who has been abandoned his family to be with his love, does his best to remove the obstacles on his way. Nevertheless, Shabnam selflessly forgets about herself and asks Hussein Azhdan to go back and live by his own family.

Although this stops him from becoming a doctor, it leads to the girl's father opposing Ali's marriage. The father uses various tricks to keep him away from home so that he can marry the woman himself.

Three friends, "Farhad," "Reza," and "Ahmad," make a pact in childhood to meet each other twenty years later—in the spring of 1973. By 1974, Reza has become a pickpocket, Farhad is a millionaire, and Ahmad is a police officer. Farhad can inherit his father's vast wealth only if he reconciles with his wife, "Christine," but he is unwilling to do so. The people of Yazd are harassed by Qasim the extortionist, until Habib and Tahir force Qasim to change his ways. One night, Habib meets Shirin, Qasim's friend, in a notorious neighborhood and offers to marry her if she repents. Habib takes Shirin to Mashhad and gives his sister Maryam to Tahir. Qasim, who holds a grudge against Tahir, insults Maryam. The local baker, who witnesses the incident, remains silent, and Tahir marries Maryam to protect his reputation and that of his friend. Qasim's henchmen spread the rumor that Tahir married her after deceiving Maryam. They lock him in a room to silence the baker. Habib returns to Yazd with the intention of taking revenge; But the local confidants force him and Taher to face each other in the depths of the fort to prevent bloodshed. Before the fight begins, the baker escapes with a wounded body and, with Shirin's help, makes his way to the fort and reveals the truth. Habib and Taher go after Qasim and eventually hand him over to the police.

During an attack in a caravansary in which all the soldiers die, three people manage to flee. After that they accidentally encounter in different places and help each other out.
