Meanwhile, Alien Damuno, who claims themselves as the “ruler of the universe” appears! Chaos ensues when damudoxin leaks from the destroyed tanks, consuming samples of kaiju carcasses and giving rise to the giant Gongilgan, the Demonic Carcass. Set in Tokyo, the capital of Japan, Ultraman Blazar and SKaRD clash in a showdown against the giant kaiju!

After the events of Ultraman Saga, Ultraman Zero goes to the Monster Graveyard to train with his new powers. There, Zero encounters Alien Bat Glacier; a follower of the original Bat that took over the alternate world. After saving Emerana, they encounter a robot very similar to Jean Bot, Jean Killer. During their fight with Jean Killer, Zero learns from Jean Bot that Jean Killer is actually his twin brother. A group of rogue martial artists take over a peaceful city and it is down to Hikaru, an ex-con fresh out of a five-year prison sentence for manslaughter, to take out the violent gang. She recruits other martial arts heroes to destroy the criminals and will use her legendary Whip Fist Karate.
