Simone, Thiana and Michel are young people living on the outskirts of São Paulo. Simone is looking for her first job, Thiana tries to pass the medical exam, and Michel still does not know what to do. Amidst the demands of early adulthood, a historic event in May 2006 in the city of São Paulo changes the course of their lives forever.

In a school on the outskirts of São Paulo, four students try to unravel a mystery that circles the walls and hides between padlocks and gates. Querô, Baleia, Diadorim, and Pedro Bala face the rules and risk an adventure.

Icaro, a young resident, and Dr. Mancini, a famous surgeon, become criminal doctors to solve their problems, starting a dangerous double life from which it may be impossible to escape.
