The writers of this telenovela are Xiomara Moreno, Luis Colmenares, Rossana Negrín, Xiomara Moreno. Its directors were Otto Rodríguez and Mateo Manaure. This telenovela lasted 130 episodes and was distributed internationally by RCTV International. It was a very loose version of the 1988's successful telenovela, Abigail.
