Arvin Belarmino is a Filipino filmmaker and musician, known for directing experimental and narrative short films. His debut feature project, Ria, earned him selection for the 2022 Festival De Cannes Cinéfondation La Residence and won the CNC pitch award. His film Agapito won at the 26th Landshut Short Film Festival in 2026 and was nominated for Palme d'Or - Best Short Film in 2025.
