Ukraine, 1996. 5 months before the moratorium on capital punishment, two old friends, a police detective and a forensic psychiatrist, investigate a murder of their colleague. This story began three years ago as an observation of the photographer Sasha Chekmenyov during his work with the homeless. It was supposed to be a film about another world that we wish to ignore.
