A real voyage in an apparently unreal situation. Four priests incarcerated in Zamora's prison for priests (1968-1976) return to visit the jail where they were condemned, in some cases, to sentences of more than ten years for having given sermons in which they denounced the repression under Franco.

The deserts have frozen. The North and South poles are melting. Under the sea the evil robots have carried out an enormous slaughter. The mastermind of it all, evil Lady Control, makes a grave threat: "The children of the world are forbidden from playing with toys, laughing, fun and affection". The world is lost! The only hope is three brave friends. They're not warriors and they don't have weapons. But, they know how to blow up balloons and make people laugh.

In a non-existent town, five true stories based on oral testimonials and texts by writers take place between 1914 and 1982. Through them, we see the social changes experienced throughout the 20th century by a small town in the Northern Basque Country, the deep-rootedness and approximation of a language, and the struggle for survival.

How did the operation against 'Euskaldunon Egunkaria' come about? Why did the Spanish state decide to attack it? What did they hope to achieve by arresting, torturing and publicly humiliating known and prestigious people in the field of Basque cultural activity? This documentary tries to find answers to these questions, focussing on the different keys and factors of the period.

But he is still a taboo subject. De Mirande is said to have been a racist. A paedophile. Nazi. Misogynist. Immoral. Every time his name is mentioned, fiery controversies break out. Lezo Urreiztieta was a 16th-century pirate, born by mistake in 1907. Risking his life, he saved that of hundreds of people; he negotiated with foreign governments for a free Basque Country; he managed to slip 17 boats full of weapons into Bilbao during the Civil War; he was on the point of killing Franco... Forty years after his death, the tape recorder of writer Martin Ugalde reveals his incredible story told in the voice of the actual protagonist. Starting with unpublished conversations between the two held from 1975 to 1978, this film sheds light on the testimony of a key character in 20th century Basque history.
