Reincarnation is the second of two theatrical compilation movies that preceded the release of "Kamen Rider Amazons: The Last Judgement" feature film. Reincarnation compiles the events of Season 2, it's been five years since the conclusion of season 1, the existence of the Amazons has become public knowledge, putting Nozama Pharmaceutical out of business. In their place is 4C (Competitive Creatures Control Center), a new government organisation tasked with hunting down and containing the Amazons threat. However, the Amazon Cells have mutated into a strain capable of infecting humans, transforming victims into insane and bloodthirsty monsters.

Dormant, experimental cells begin to awaken inside their human hosts, turning them into creatures called 'Amazons'. Two Amazons- Jin Takayama and Haruka Mizusawa- transform into Kamen Riders Amazon Alpha and Amazon Omega, aiming to exterminate the growing threat.

To escape the abuse from his father, Sota Takizawa moves into a university dormitory. But on his very first day there, what appears before him is a chicken, a kitchen knife—and Shuichi Koyanagi, a hardcore food enthusiast. Having never experienced the warmth of a family dining table, Sota can’t even name his favorite food when Koyanagi asks him while cooking. Seeing this, Koyanagi tells him, “Then I’ll help you find the things you like.” Little by little, Sota begins to open his heart to Koyanagi. At the same time, however, another dormmate enters the picture: Ken Aso, a cheerful and outgoing classmate who keeps trying to get close to him, leaving Sota unsure of how to respond. Not even understanding his own true feelings, Sota finds himself constantly caught between Koyanagi and Ken. Will he ever be able to discover what he truly “likes”…? A heartwarming romantic comedy about a lonely college student and a food-obsessed dormmate, centered around the dining table of a boys’ dormitory.
