In post-WWII Communist Czechoslovakia, several characters considered bourgeois are sentenced to work in a junkyard for rehabilitation. Among them is a young man who pines for a female convict.

The heroes of this absurd comedy, full of confusion and humor are Dzharda Zemanek and Frantisek Liska.

The mischievous princess Anka annoys her father and her surroundings with her original tricks. So as punishment, the devil Haramáš takes her to the robbers and she makes their pleasant life of robbery literally hell on earth. How the devils would like to return her to her royal parents now! But Anka decides that she must be properly freed from captivity. She gets a dragon and a prince and organizes a big liberation performance...

A dashing but mysterious man saves a gambler from suicide, crashes the posh party of a prominent industrialist, falls in love with his daughter, and finds himself in a web of intrigue revolving around her blackmailing fiance and a gang of counterfeiters.

The hero of the opening story, the Postman Puppet (directed by Zdeněk Troška), works as a postman in the mountains. When his wife is taken to the maternity ward, he goes on his usual hike through the solitudes. Little Libor goes after the father of two girls (Petr Pospíchal), who longs for a son. Meanwhile, the weather on the ridges worsens sharply. An experienced mountaineer and his little friend spend the night in a makeshift shelter... The second episode of Hádanka (directed by Jan Ekl) has a criminal plot. A new father (Vlastimil Hašek) gets drunk with friends in a wine bar and the next day becomes a suspect in a murder. He doesn't remember the critical moments, but his testimony leads to the capture of the real perpetrator... The main character of the final short story True Love (directed by Vladimír Drha) is a frat boy (Pavel Zedníček) who spends whole days in pubs. He gets a harsh lesson from his wife, who refuses to let him see the baby...

At St. Anthony's is a 1933 Czechoslovak film operetta directed by Svatopluk Innemann. The Moravian country comedy, also known as At St. Anthony's, tells the story of a hunt for grooms and is based on the popular operetta of the same name by the Špilar–Mírovský duo.

When you hear the word "Naughty Fairy Tale", you will undoubtedly think that it could not have been invented by anyone other than Josef Lada, a master of turning fairy tales inside out. And that's true. No brave prince, but Princess Máňa will free the innocent Honza from hell and make such order there that the devils will only hate to remember her.
