The Kyoryuger saves Mikoto Amano, nicknamed Meeko, from a horde of Zorima who invaded her concert venue. It turns out that Daigo once met Meeko in France. Before they can catch up, the ancient knight Deathryuger, aka D, appears and kidnaps her. D’s goal is to use the secret legendary battery #00, to take control of the mysterious Tobaspino. The Kyoryugers go after "D" to rescue Meeko and prevent him from gaining control over the legendary Zyudenryu.

Daigo Kiryu and Utsusemimaru set out on a journey in pursuit of Uchu King Dagded who invaded Earth. However, during the battle with Dagded, Utsusemimaru is sent to Earth in another time. They arrived on Earth, which has been invaded by the Deboth Army, unable to save the universe from Dagded. In order to stop the ruined future, they head back to the original timeline, but due to the changes in the timeline, Uchu King Gira reigns over Chikyuu!

The King-Ohgers and the Donbrothers are now in Hakabaka, the Land of the Dead. They all died due to various reasons. The confrontation begins with neither party knowing who the other is. The Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger rushes to the scene and fights alongside the Boonboomger, but the warriors are separated by Manhole Grumer's mysterious power. Taiya and the others were scattered across the stars, each take action to escape from this dire situation. Soon, a dangerous heartbeat begins to resonate from deep underground. As a powerful evil awakens, will the two great Super Sentai be able to come together again fight together?! The battle for the three planets begins now!!

With Shou presumably dead, and the Earth being threatened by a new villain, the remaining 11 Kyurangers must travel across the Cerberus System for the means to stop the mysterious Geth Indaver from destroying the entire planet.

The six Gaoranger were fighting the Orgs as usual, but a strong impulse pulled them along with Tetomu into a rift in space-time. They arrived in Org Island, a volcanic island in another dimension that is ruled by the Orgs.
