Three respectable citizens of a Swiss winter sports resort find themselves in financial trouble due to a lack of snow. When Paul, René, and Werner find the plan for the perfect bank robbery at the home of their deceased curling friend Heinz, they are willing to take the risk after some initial hesitation. Preparations are in full swing. They didn't expect their love lives to be completely turned upside down in the process. Finally, the three men manage to break into the bank... The surprise is great when the vault door opens!

The five unlikely friends Caroline, Eva, Estelle, Judith and Kiki have been meeting on the first Tuesday of every month for 15 years to gossip and gossip - and once a year they go on a short vacation together. This time, at Eva's suggestion, they want to spend a week of fasting in a remote castle hotel: seven days without everyday life, without stress, without men - and without food. Unfortunately, the meager therapeutic fasting mainly causes ravenous hunger among the women, and the problems at home cannot be shaken off so easily. Empty bellies and sleepless nights soon cause friction. Finally, the real reason for Eva's vacation suggestion turns out: she hopes to find her unknown father at the castle.

Attorney Caroline, the sensitive Judith, the housewife Eva and the affluent entrepreneur Estelle have been friends for 15 years. Once a year, the ladies go on a weekend break, but this time the trip is not a good star: After the death of her husband Arne wants the mourning Judith completed his pilgrimage started to Lourdes. As he's discovering the firms long list of cover-ups things become dangerous ...and personal. Will Jens submit to Greenpeaces pressure to go public? This is a delicate issue as Jens' father is not only on the company board, but also about to be elected for parliament.

Ein Fall für zwei is a German television series, which premiered on September 11, 1981 on ZDF. The series, located in Frankfurt am Main, features two main characters who solve crimes: a defense attorney and a private investigator. Josef Matula, a former German police officer, has gone into private business. His method of investigation is very effective and direct, and he sometimes even resorts to dirty tricks. Claus Theo Gärtner has portrayed the role since the start of the series.

The unlikely police pair Verena Berthold and Otto Garber are part of a special task force investigating organized crime in Berlin. He comes from the east, she from the west of Berlin. He's a redneck, she's from a better background. This causes conflict. Over time, things start to sizzle between the two. Their team includes the agile German-Turkish Yücsel and the sluggish Georg, who, like Verena and Otto, are constantly bickering. The department manager is Lothar Reddemann. Sputnik is a former colleague of Otto's from the People's Police and is constantly coming up with new business ideas for stores and pubs where the team meets.
