Oedipus at Colonus is the second of the three Theban plays of the Athenian tragedian Sophocles. It was written shortly before Sophocles's death in 406 BC and produced by his grandson at the Festival of Dionysus in 401 BC. The play describes the end of Oedipus's tragic life.

Two men intend to make a "secret" trip to Paris alone and live it up in order to escape the stranglehold of their wives.

The selfish mistress of a soldier, Zoe, betrays her lover and marries the emperor of Byzantium. She then convinces her husband to banish her lover (and his devoted general) to the isolated castle of Monemvasia . When astrologers predict the end of the world and even specify the exact date, the now empress Zoe, instead of holding her position and supporting her husband, prefers to spend the last days of her life with her former lover.

A parliamentary candidate and his mistress will spend the night at the police station. After all, no one is above the law, no matter what his credentials or social status may appear to be.

The late Pericles gets permission from God to return to earth and help his family, who has gone astray after his death. The woman who betrayed the Italian finds redemption by committing suicide.

Maria Valfi is the daughter of wealthy merchant Valfi, who is unjustly accused in a trial for some uncovered checks. The plaintiff's lawyer in the trial is Dimitris Alexiadis, who is an arrogant lawyer. Valfis commits suicide in court and Maria believes that the lawyer is responsible for her father's death. At her father's grave, Maria swears an oath of hatred against the young lawyer. Her revenge begins seven years later, when she gets a job at his office as a trainee lawyer under the name "Maria Valfopoulou." She then manages to marry him. After the wedding, she reveals her secret and her real name to him. From then on, her oath of hatred turns into an oath of love...

Shortly after the Gorgopotamos bridge was blown up, Loukas and Christoforos, two Cypriot students studying in Athens and staying at Kyra-Anthi's house, decide to join the Greek army and try to escape to the Middle East. With the help of Papa-Sinisios and a cabaret singer, they set off with other patriots for the coast of Asia Minor, but off the coast of Samos they encounter a German frigate and Loukas is lost at sea. The bad news reaches Cyprus and plunges his beloved Aphrodite into grief. Aphrodite's father decides to marry her off to Telis. At the end of the war, Loukas, who had been rescued, returns to the island and claims Aphrodite, but her father forces him to write to her saying that he does not love her. Aphrodite continues to love him, and Telis is forced to step aside, leaving her free to be with her beloved.

Stefanos is a musician who lives a quiet life. One day, however, when he leaves his son with his nanny at the supermarket to do some shopping, something happens that changes her life forever. At the same time that some people are trying to rob the cash delivery, Stefanos' son, accompanied by his nanny, exits the supermarket and is killed by a stray bullet fired by the robbers at the money transporters. The pain of the unfortunate father stifles every human emotion within him, and when the law loses track of the robbers and control of the situation, Stefanos discovers the robbers...
