This movie tells of a young man named Jude Mulvey who is suffering from cystic fibrosis. As a way of coping with the disease, and not wanting to die in a hospital bed, he has taken up the occupation of being a criminal mastermind, stealing from other lawbreakers. Along with his partner, Scott Lee, they rob hangouts and drug dens. At some point, they cross the wrong bad guy, and the adventure begins.

Told as the memory of an aging gentleman, this is the story of Adan, a Puerto Rican boy who has one day to find a home for his pet goat, Chivo, before his family relocates to New York City in the late 1950s. While searching for a new owner for Chivo, Adan discovers the promise of first love with his childhood friend, Denise, whom he will also have to leave behind.

The Usual Muppets is a 2004 AFI parody student film directed by Seth Manheimer. To my understanding very little is documented about this film online, apart from the Screenwriter, Bill Balas, being credited for the project on his IMDB.
