There is more than hospitality happening at the famous 5 Star Hollywood Resort. Rumors are spread and secrets are said. In just one day the problems and plots of guests and staff unfold, with ups and downs, twists and turns, heartaches and romances.

Set in a distant post-apocalyptic future when the environment has been blasted into a poisoned wasteland and society has degenerated to rule by competing hordes of marauding gangs. There is one warrior, though, who fights to bring some semblance of peace and order to the land. When his family is brutally murdered, however, he becomes obsessed with seeking out their killer and taking his revenge.

Arthur cares for his wife Mercy in the aftermath of an accident that destroyed her memory. In an effort to stimulate her mind, Arthur tells tall-tales about the mysterious scar on his chest, which appeared the same day Mercy lost her memory. His wild tales take Mercy, and the audience, to a sword fight with a samurai warrior; a gunfight in the Old West; an escape from pirates on the Mediterranean Sea. The setting is always different, but hints of the truth are woven within, hoping to remain hidden within these fantasy worlds.
