After getting infected with COVID-19, a 57-year-old Iranian painter, single woman, Mitra, goes into a coma. With her last breaths, she begins travelling to different pieces of her memories through her unconscious mind. Mitra’s spirit comes back home to pack an imaginary luggage full of her bittersweet memories and take it away. Moments before her last travel, just like Lot’s wife, she looks back at the lives of hers, her friends and her generation… at what they have done, what they have built and what they have ruined…

Hamed and Sepideh are not in a relationship anymore; they parted ways and the college years in which they watched movies together are just a far-off memory. Hamed has pursued his passion for music, he has recently released his first album and has been married for a year with a music instructor, Minoo. Sepideh has become an English teacher for preschoolers and is now wed to a builder, Massoud, who ironically can’t seem to build a solid marriage. In spite of everything, Hamed hasn’t forgotten about Sepideh yet and, when she goes back to their hometown, Minoo encourages her husband to meet her and clear his mind about what he really wants. With the collusion of a long time friend who owns a stationer, Hamed orchestrates an accidental meeting with Sepideh, in the attempt to find out more about her current life and, at the same time, to put himself to test.

A couple, Shokufeh and Iman who plan to flee Iran travel to the port city of Anzali to meet a man who is to smuggle them across the border. They await him by the side of a lagoon. They accidentally drop their bag of money and jewelry into the lagoon. Iman tries to jump in and find the bag but drowns in the process. A diver called Bahram the Buffalo is assigned to find Iman’s body in the lagoon and a relationship begins to develop between him and Shokufeh…

The story is about two men who start their journey from Dezful to Tehran, who are on the road for two and a half months and face many challenges.
