Brazil, 1977. Marcelo, a technology expert in his early 40s, is on the run. Hoping to reunite with his son, he travels to Recife during Carnival but soon realizes that the city is not the safe haven he was expecting.

Augusto moves with his family to an abandoned farm, inherited from his grandfather, hoping to put his life back on track. The property, however, carries the karma of the betrayal of the slave Couraça who seeks revenge against Augusto's family.

Based on true events, in 2005, 168,000,000 Brazilian Real (almost 80,000,000 US dollars) were stolen from a Brazilian Central Bank (Federal Reserve), making it the biggest peace-time robbery in history. It was perhaps the most audacious bank heist ever.

This is the story of Vicente, a successful, married, economist with a nine-year-old son. It also tells the story of Antônio, the same man, living as a hugadores—one of the homeless, trash scavengers who live and work in Brazil’s enormous garbage dumps. Vicente seems to have it all, but as we watch his life begins to crumble little by little. Meanwhile, Antônio, already at rock bottom, struggles to rebuild his life.

As the youngest son of a humble family, Charles finds himself at a crossroads when his father puts on his shoulders the burden of getting the family out of poverty, putting in check his big dream: Photography. Black and poor, Charles ends up being pressured to engage in activities such as playing samba or engaging in soccer, in addition to having to deal with the prejudice that someone of his ethnicity is not compatible with the camera he carries.

In a small town, serial murders of women are happening, investigator Hélio, from the capital, is called to unravel the mysterious crimes and has the help of the beautiful local investigator, Sara. Hélio and Sara discover that behind the crimes there is a sick, intelligent and surprising mind.

An adventurous young man will have his courage and benevolence tested while saving the population of a kingdom - which is inserted in the middle of a brazilian countryside - from an imminent threat - a dragon - to win the heart of the girl he falls in love with.
