Dasha falls in love with Vlad almost at first sight finding him to be so polite, generous and educated and now she is making plans to win his heart, but the things are changed when Dasha finds out that Vlad is married for 15 years to a beautiful woman.

Sasha and Tanya have graduated and moved out of the dormitory. They now live with their son Alyosha in their own two-room apartment in the Moscow suburb of Yuzhnoe Butovo. And, boy, are their neighbors ever weird.

Operative Katya Mironova and investigator Konstantin Romanov became captains at the same time. For her, it was a promotion, and for him, it was a humiliating demotion for quarreling with the management.

The year is 1994. Volodya Yakovlev, a graduate of the Higher school of Militia, is assigned to Rublevka. Together they investigate important, but rather dubious cases — they are looking for a gang of pirates filming the second parts of cult action films, then they find out who stole the suitcase with the "MMM" tickets. Yakovlev's brother helps them in this, who knew as a teenager that he would have to work in the security service, and not in some kind of militia.
