A special agent is assigned to protect a wealthy business magnate. However, when the businessman is kidnapped in a daring ambush, he teams up with a seasoned detective to crack the case. But soon he discovers the case isn't that simple.

Wisely, the famous writer/adventurer, traverses to Taiwan, Egypt and Nepal on the hunt for a magical pearl that may expand human consciousness, said to be left in a Buddhist monastery by a dragon.

The film was created by re-dubbing footage filmed for the 1986 Taiwanese kung fu film Ren zhe da (known in English as Ninja: The Final Duel). Ren zhe da producer Robert Tai had reportedly filmed 10 hours of footage for the film that was cut to 90 minutes for release. Much of the footage that was not included in the release of Ren zhe da is included in Shaolin Dolemite as well as original footage of Moore observing the story of the film and making obscenity-laced comments. Other new footage includes a segment portraying Moore's long time friend Jimmy Lynch as a Drunken Master named Sam the Spliff.

There's a one thousand year old Ginseng running around in the woods, and everyone is after it, including a boy with a sick mother, a beauty and her kung fu warriors, and the Three-Head Monster. Who will eat the Ginseng and gain its mystical powers?

After the massacre of a small village a group of survivors lead by one of man called Ah Tien is trained by a mysterious monk in the deadly arts of the Shaolin Chastity Kung Fu. The group of survivors includes women and children but this is not an obstacle for them to get the training, after they learn the arcane secrets of Tong Zi Kung, the remaining villagers decide to avenge their loved ones and face the people responsible for their deaths, the Nine Devil Gang.

The second movie Robert Tai made out of his original Ninja: The Final Duel footage. This one was used largely as the basis for Shaolin Dynamite.

Kwong is a mafia king. When a rival gang steals a rare chinese artifact from him, he blaims his two "bag-men" and threatens to "cut their life" if they don't recover the treasure.
