Facing the fall of Shanghai, Weng Quanhai actively participates in the anti-Japanese war, making ever greater contribution to the protection of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

This TV show set against the Liberation War in the 1940s, it tells a series of open and covert struggles between the Communist Party of China and the Kuomintang over the competition for the river defense fortresses in the Battle of Crossing the Yangtze River.
