In a dystopian future, where corporate brands have created a disillusioned population, one man's effort to unlock the truth behind the conspiracy leads to an epic battle with hidden forces that control the world.

West Belarus, October 1944. The German command is trying to prevent Soviet troops from entering East Prussia. In order to exclude the leakage of information about their plans, the Nazis use a new code, which is to be solved by Soviet radio operators. This is the task that Major-General Zharov and his subordinates receive. To protect the scouts ordered to a group of Captain Belov, which has already once saved the general from the attack of the German landing force.

Somewhere in the Urals, between the European and the Asian parts of Russia, there is a stele called "Europe-Asia". Professional swindlers have taken a liking to this place. For several days in a row a wedding is taking place by the roadside. They hide under the veil of the bride, in the costumes of the groom and witnesses, cynically taking in turn every traveler. Fraudsters "spin" the travelers for cash gifts to the newlyweds, generously feeding the guests with diluted alcohol. Under the guidance of the "mother of the bride" the group plays out incredibly funny criminal plays, and their spectators, accomplices and victims are PR people and political technologists, Chinese and Hungarians, policemen and bandits, beggar nomad children and, of course, foreign tourists nostalgic for the once abandoned Russia....

The multi-part project shows the main milestones of politics, television, advertising, music and nightlife, which distinguished the country at that time. Numerous interviews given by the participants of this incredible era helped to accurately convey the flavor and recall how things really were in the 90s. In addition, the film is based on home archives and personal diaries, as well as audio and video recordings.
