Nagama Nayak suppresses Veerasekhara Chola and takes Madurai, but then suddenly he calls off his allegiance and declining to help Chandrasekhara Pandyan usurps the throne. So, Viswanatha Nayak volunteers to face his father in the battlefield.

MonagadOstunnadu Jagratha is a 1972 Telugu Eastman color action film, directed by K.V.S. Kutumba Rao and produced by Y.V. Rao. The film had musical score by Satyam. The action scenes were shot in the villages of Rajasthan.
