Uday Rohekar is a renowned playwright, but all his recent plays are flops. At this critical juncture in his career, Uday comes across a perfect script that can get him fame and fortune, if he could only get rid of the real writer.

Advertising agency owner Prakash, a married man, is ecstatic when he lands a big account. But his joy comes to an end when after a night of drinking he wakes up in the house of a beautiful model.
