Siva(Prashanth) is admitted to a medical college in Chennai and his father(Rajesh), a police constable, gets a tranfer to Chennai too so that he can keep an eye on Siva. He develops a liking towards Mahalakshmi(Sneha), his collegemate. But Naga(Subburaj), Maha's servantmaid's son, is obsessed with making Maha his own.

Subramani poses as a criminal to evict bachelor tenants from a Brahmin's house, but ends up helping one of them to kidnap his lover from her marriage. However, he faces trouble when he kidnaps the wrong girl.

Kuzhandhaivelis the head of a happy family consisting of his wife Thilaka, daughter, mother-in-law and sister-in-law Divya. Karna, a classmate of Divya in college, enters the house as a servant after losing a bet but gradually, he and Divya fall in love. Thilaka knows about their romance but before she can inform the rest of the family, she dies in an accident. So the family now decides that Divya should wed Kuzhandhaivel.

A feared local rowdy, known for his dominance in the streets and pigeon racing, finds himself at odds with a newly appointed police officer. As tensions rise, hidden motives and betrayals unfold, shaking the balance of power in the neighborhood.
