Following the death of his wife and an accident that caused memory loss, parapsychologist Philip Devlin travels to Berlin to visit an old acquaintance. There, he finds Dr. Wiemer murdered. The alleged perpetrator claims that Wiemer had abducted her child—whose father was an extraterrestrial. Together with researchers and a police officer, Devlin investigates the case and uncovers a conspiracy reaching all the way to the CIA and secret UFO projects.
